$16M to Care for 14 People

Taxpayers doled out $16 million last year on a state facility for the developmentally disabled in Waltham, MA — slated to be shuttered in July 2010 — that still employs 95 staffers to care for only 14 patients on the nearly empty 200-acre campus.
